John Benny Moriarty

Your  host himself – John Benny. As well as  working  hard  running  the  bar here , John is a musician. He plays the  button accordion, and  whistle and  sings too! John is a fife player in  the Dingle Fife & Drum band and  you’ll catch  him playing  at many occasions when the  band come out – St Patricks Day ( the 6am  march!!) , At Easter , during Feile na Bealtaine in May  and  other occasions  too. The Wren’s  Day on Dec 26th (we  don’t call it Stephen’s Day here !) is another  when John Benny  can  be  spotted ( in disguise of course) playing in the Green & Gold Wren.
